How to cop up with current financial crisis? Here are the Ideas. So strictly follow the following points:
1. Credit card: - Do not use credit cards to buy anything’s unless you have money in the account.
2. Savings: - Make a proper savings budgets plan and continue with your investments in PPF, EPF, SIPs and gold. Most importantly, this is not the time to be adventurous for investing in short-term equity.

Karthik Rajaram- killed himself including wife and his son
Now our expensive living standard is paying. See the consequences why they commit such a heinous crime. Who is answerable for this no one can we blame on our society where we are living and the people who are running this society are they responsible? I think everybody should think again are we moving in a right direction…. No we are not moving in a right way. America a dream of every Asians and as a dream country, but now the reality coming in front of the world, you can survive anywhere in the world but you can not survive here in America without money. The way American livings are worse than any country because most of the American people are under the debt, but see this family, they could not able fight with this financial crisis. The person who wrote the latter 45-year-old Karthik Rajaram killed his wife, three sons and mother in law and himself.

Dasavathaaram Movie Reviews
Supurbe excelent marvelous! Dasavathaaram
The film starts off with an incident that occurs in the 12th century when Shaivite intolerance against Vaishnavites was at its peak. An ardent Vishnu devotee loses his life to save the idol of Lord Ranganatha. Kamal plays his first role of Vishnu devotee Rangarajan in this episode which is marked by excellent technical work and the actor's extraordinary performance.
From here, the film goes to a time when the whole world is on the brink of a biological warfare waged by terrorists. Actively opposing them is the American president who urges the rest of the world to combat this evil.
Meanwhile, a computer chip containing a vicious biological material goes missing from a laboratory in the United States. An in-house scientist Govinda [Images] (again played by Kamal Hassan [Images]) who is aware of the dangers of the material launches a hunt for the missing material, which takes him to India.
In the course of the hunt for the missing chip, Kamal takes on eight more characters and travels to many continents.
The film is a scientific thriller par excellence and it is certain that Kamal has excelled in his eleventh role of the story and script writer. It is difficult to imagine that any normal script writer can think of weaving such a fantastic subject that mixes intelligence with commercial ingredients. It requires an extraordinary intelligent mind to write the sequences some of which are food for thought to the intellectuals as well as ordinary people. Perhaps this is the best script of Kamal Hassan till date. Throughout the film, the writer, an atheist questions the existence of God.
Though Kamal had performed many roles that were similar to the roles of 12th century priest, Rangarajan and scientist Govinda, you still see some novelty in Dasavathaaram
It is very difficult to single out the best sequence of the film, yet the tsunami episode is perhaps the outstanding presentation mainly because of the top class visuals backed by a superb background effort.
As for the heroine, Asin, she has improved since her debut. In a way, Dasavathaaram is an extension of her excellent performance in Ghajini. All the other artists have also performed very well.

Exercise and For thigh
Everybody knows exercise is vital for a healthy lifestyle. If you don't exercise, you are likely to have an unhealthy lifestyle. Result? As well as increasing a weight problem and a 'shape' problem, you run very risky and developing several horrible diseases in later life.
But exercise is not a quick-fix solution for any diseases. Yes, it helps to improve the long-term work-rate of the body, and Yes, it helps to re-shape parts of the body. So the balanced approach is best, In order to get the most out of exercise, I think that you make it a regular part of your life without going mad about it. Don't walk your butt off and expect to lose weight. Don't try to be an Olympic athlete in the gym and expect to turn your fat thighs into slim thighs, because it won't happen.
You should know physical limitations
· If you're unfit, or worried about your health, get professional advice before starting
· Make a realistic personal exercise plan for yourself
· Make a plan which you can accomplish without too much inconvenience or effort
· Take things one step at a time and aim to gradually improve your overall fitness
· Never over-exercise or strain yourself. Too little is better than too much
General Exercise for Fat Thighs
Skipping
Buy a skipping rope and skip for 10 minutes, 3-4 times a week
Swimming
All swimming is good. Even better is swimming on your back, using your legs only
Brisk Walking
Find a friend and go for regular, fast walks (20-30 mints each), 3-4 times a week
Specific Exercises for Slimmer Thighs
1. To exercise the back of your thighs
2. Stand with feet apart.
3. Bend forward from the waist.
4. Reach to your right with both hands and clasp your ankle with both hands.
5. Push your upper body downwards towards the floor.
6. Count to 20.
Return to start position and repeat exercise on the left-hand side.
To Exercise the Front of your Thighs
1. Kneel upright on the floor, with knees together.
2. Lean backwards and clasp your right ankle with your left hand.
3. Do not sit on your ankles - that's cheating!
4. Hold this position for a count of 20.
Return to start position and repeat exercise on the left-hand side.
1. To Exercise the Inside of your Thighs
2. Sit down on the floor in front of an ordinary straight back chair.
3. Stretch your legs straight out in front of you, with your feet on either side of the chair.
4. Keeping your back straight and place your palms on the floor on either side of you.
5. Clasp the legs of the chair with the soles of your feet as though trying to push both chair legs together.
6. Press hard and hold for a count of 50.
To Exercise Thighs & Butt
1. Stand with feet apart, toes pointed outwards, and hands on the outside of your thighs.
2. Keeping your back straight, at right-angles to the floor,
3. Bend knees and allow your hands to slide down your thighs until they reach your knees. (Keep back straight!)
4. Hold your knees for a count of 5, then slowly return to start position.
5. Repeat 10-20 times.

· Stretch your arms straight out ahead of you.
· Slowly bend your knees, until your thighs are roughly parallel with the floor.
· Slowly raise yourself back to the starting position
· The slower you do this, the better.

To avoid bulky muscles, always stretch the area you have exercised, afterwards

Reach upwards with both arms

Harmful Stomach Fat
For people with a BMI of 34 or less, a fat belly is regarded as an additional health risk. Fatty tissue carries a greater health risk than fat located in the lower body around the butt and thighs. Ashley Alexandra Dupre- What We Want

The New York Times reported Wednesday March 12, 2008 that the name of the woman identified as "Kristen" in court papers alleging that Gov. Eliot Spitzer paid more than $4,000 for prostitutes' services is Dupre. The Times also reported that the woman, born as Ashley Youmans, legally changed her name to Ashley Rae Maika DiPietro and is now known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre. (AP Photo)
Dupre is better known as the 22-year-old prostitute, working as Kristen, linked with New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. Since she was identified by the New York Times on March 12, her single, ``What We Want,'' has been played more than 3 million times on the Internet.
